The Academy has two signature programs that are featured below.

The first program, “Being! Leading an iConnected World,” is based on Vikram and Aasha’s book “Being! Five Ways of Leading Authentically in an iConnected World” released in 2019.

The second program, “Leading Productive Change in an iConnected world,” is based on a forthcoming book by Vikram and Aasha titled, “Switching! Leading Productive Change in an iConnected World.”

Both programs are offered as face-to-face sessions for a cohort of 10-25 managers/leaders either from the same organisation, or from a number of organisations.
